"Shipping took forever"
Ordered from Motirunning and the shipping was way slower than expected. Tracking barely moved. Item showed up fine, but the wait was annoying.

"I had to swap my running shoes..."
I had to swap my running shoes for a bigger size, and the whole thing was straightforward. It did take a few days for them to get back to me, so that part wasn’t exactly quick, but once they replied, they sorted it out. The new pair showed up fine and all that, so no real complaints

"Decent advice and a solid store overall"
I ended up using Motirunning after checking out some of their shoe advice, and it was actually helpful. I found a pair that seems to fit my running style well enough. Delivery was okay, nothing especially fast, but no real issues either. Prices aren’t the cheapest, so that could be better, but overall I’m happy with the purchase.

"Helpful enough, but kinda slow"
I had to reach out to motirunning.com about my order because I wasn’t sure if it actually went through right.
The customer service person did get back to me and they were nice about it, but it took longer than I thought it would. I waited a couple days and had to send a follow-up too.

They did fix the issue in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. Just wish the replies were a bit quicker. It was okay overall, not terrible but not amazing eitheir.

"Fit was right"
Got my usual running shoe size. Fit great. I thought they might run small, but nope. The size guide on motirunning.com helped. I’d order again.

"Surprisingly smooth for once"
I bought a pair of running shoes here, the whole thing was way easier than I expected. Checkout didn’t make me jump through a million hoops, which was a nice change, and the shoes actually showed up faster than promised. No issues at all, somehow.

"Showed up right on time"
I ordered a pair of running shoes from motirunning.com and it was straightforward, the delivery showed up on the exact day they said it would at checkout and I got the tracking info fast too so I wasn’t sitting there wondering where my order was.
The box came in good shape, everything was there, and after dealing with delays from other sites before this felt like a nice change, nothing fancy just a simple order that shipped when it was supposed to and I’d definitely use them again.

"I was excited to try..."
I was excited to try these, but the quality was a bit of a letdown. They looked nice right out of the box and felt comfortable enough, but after just a few runs the sole started wearing down way faster than I expected. Then one of the seams came loose, which was really disappointing. They’re not terrible shoes, but they don’t feel very “built to last.” For the price, I expected better, so I probably wouldn’t buy them again

"Pretty good value for the price"
I thought the price was fair for what I got, and I think other customers would probably feel the same if they’re just looking for decent value. Shipping was okay too, not super fast, but it got here without any issues.

"Everything showed up just right"
I ordered from motirunning.com and was just hoping everything would match what I picked. When the package showed up, I checked the size, color, and items, and it was all correct, which was a relief. The shipping updates took a little while to come through, so I was wondering what was going on for a bit, but the package arrived fine and in good shape. Overall, smooth experience and I didn’t have to reach out to support, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"Decent selection, but I was too drained to dig much"
There was a lot to choose from, which was nice, and it was easy to browse overall. I was feeling mentally drained though, so even with the good selection, I didn’t have the energy to really sort through everything. Not perfect, but still a decent experience...

"I found what I needed quickly..."
I found what I needed quickly, the pages actually loaded fast, and checkout didn’t make me jump through a bunch of unnecessary hoops. it was nice to use a site that didn’t seem determined to waste my time for once.
